Well I have gone and done it! I decided to create a blog about food, cooking and other fun stuff.
I enjoy cooking and each Saturday I have been preparing a new recipe from one of my many cookbooks.
We are a culture of food. We Americans love to eat! Nothing brings friends and family together than a good meal and a glass of wine.
So I hope to bring to my friends, family and others, ideas I have in the kitchen along with other pearls of wisdom about life and such.
